Job Title: Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at CHINAZAM AUTOMOTIVE LTD. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • Air conditioned.
  • Outdoors.

Work Setting:

  • On-site customer service.

Tasks:

  • Prepare sales, rental or leasing contracts.
  • Teach interest or professional development courses.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Provide advice about merchandise.
  • Advertise and/or promote products, sales or services.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Train staff.
  • Assist in display of merchandise.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental or lease.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental or lease.

Product or Manufacturing Design:

  • Car care items.

Area of Work Experience:

  • Cleaning.

Exhibit and Display Design Experience:

  • Visual displays.

Sales Experience:

  • Financial management/services.
