Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at B.C. LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of sales workers, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain a clean and organized store.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Accurate, client-focused, and organized with a strong work ethic.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with 35 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
