About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Culinary Director to join our team at Restaurant Ophelia. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and developing innovative menus that showcase our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Develop and implement new menu concepts and recipes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Collaborate with our management team to drive business growth and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role
- Proven track record of menu development and implementation
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
