  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have a skilled and motivated team in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our food service areas.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely reports to management.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Noisy work environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
