Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant (Scenic Lethbridge). As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Operations: Prepare budget and cost estimates, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Staff Management: Hire food service staff, establish work schedules, and supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
