About the Role

Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc. (PCLI), an HF Sinclair company, is seeking a highly skilled Electrical and Instrumentation Trades Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the Maintenance Team, this individual will be responsible for supervising maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution of preventative and predictive maintenance plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Supervise a team of Instrument Technicians and Electrical Technicians to ensure safe and efficient execution of maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure maintenance technicians are competent to complete assigned tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of refinery maintenance or operations experience.
  • Previous supervisory experience, preferably in a unionized environment.
  • Electrical or Instrumentation Certificate of Qualification or Engineering degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and procedures.
