Job Title: Counter Sales Representative - Automotive Parts

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Counter Sales Representative to join our team at Manpower Services Canada Limit. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process transactions, including cash, credit card, and debit card payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the counter and surrounding area
  • Restock shelves and maintain inventory levels
  • Assist with receiving and processing shipments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a repair and service establishment
  • May be required to work overtime
  • May be required to work in a noisy environment
