Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to cultivate relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Travel North America to attend tradeshows and client meetings.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, and business development.
- Valid driver's license & passport.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry dynamics.
- Can work autonomously.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical sales experience with manufactured products (preferably water/wastewater products).
- Bilingual (FR/EN).
