Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to cultivate relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction, and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Understand clients' needs and propose customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Travel North America to attend tradeshows and client meetings.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, and business development.
  • Valid driver's license & passport.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry dynamics.
  • Can work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical sales experience with manufactured products (preferably water/wastewater products).
  • Bilingual (FR/EN).
