Faculty Position in Community/Population Health/Family

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our faculty as an Assistant or Associate Professor in Community/Population Health/Family. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate students, as well as mentoring and advising graduate students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach courses in community/population health/family, including interprofessional education and clinical simulation learning
  • Mentor and advise graduate students
  • Develop and implement curriculum to reflect the expertise of the successful candidate
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree in Nursing
  • Master's degree in Nursing and/or another health discipline; PhD prepared an asset
  • Four to five years' clinical and teaching experience in community/population health/family
  • Eligibility for registration with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing
