Job Summary

The Retail Supervisor role is crucial to the success of our stores. You'll make important decisions that directly impact business results, while continuously developing and empowering your team members. Key areas of focus include Operations, Production, and Retail Supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Front End Supervision: Lead and manage front-end teams, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Production Supervision: Oversee production workflows, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting productivity targets.
  • Community Donation Supervision: Coordinate community donation programs, building strong relationships with donors and community partners.
