Store Operations Manager

FasGas is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the store, including managing staff, controlling daily operations, and implementing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
- Lead and Develop Staff: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, implementing price and credit policies to maximize sales and profitability.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is well-maintained, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, with occasional lifting and bending.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with staff and management to achieve store goals.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing store conditions and priorities.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
