Assistant Manager

West Coast Kids is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our retail team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, assigning duties, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement pricing and credit policies
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient and effective retail operations
- College diploma or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of retail experience, with a focus on sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
West Coast Kids is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As an Assistant Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to multitask in a busy retail setting.
