Job Description
This role involves overseeing a team of commercial contracts managers and administrators, providing oversight, organization, and governance over the commercial contracting process, performing due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, mergers, and acquisitions, representing the corporation in legal proceedings if necessary, advising on compliance matters and ensuring the corporation operates within the law, conducting legal research and analysis on various corporate legal issues, providing training and guidance to company staff on legal matters, and managing corporate legal processes and ensuring compliance with the law. We're looking for someone with outstanding knowledge of corporate law principles and excellent negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
