About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bulk Picker to join our Calgary, AB warehouse team in a Full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend crew meetings and communication sessions as required
  • Prepare your pallet with the necessary supplies of totes, boxes, labels, etc. as required
  • Select product as directed via RF picking equipment
  • Report any items short in pick location to Administration so timely replenishment or inventory investigation can be completed
  • Complete a circle back for any items shorted if replenishment was possible to ensure max fill rate of order
  • Maintain all RF functions as directed to ensure orders are properly logged for end transactions to stores
  • Follow established safe pallet building process standards for height and stability as well as individual box or tote weights
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Operate all equipment safely and store in assigned areas when not in use
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

  • Mon-Fri Day Shift 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM or 6 AM to 2:30PM
  • Mon-Fri Afternoon Shift 2 PM to 10:30 PM or 2:30 PM to 11 PM
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year previous picking experience in a warehouse setting
  • Sense of urgency, good communication skills, willingness to take responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to follow procedure
