Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Associate plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and fostering strong customer relationships for The Chefs' Warehouse. This position requires a proactive approach to reaching out to potential and existing customers, understanding their needs, and promoting products and services to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to promote products and services and build strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and market trends to effectively promote products and services.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in data entry and 10-key skills.
  • Self-motivated and professional with a positive attitude.
