About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Kelowna Airport. In this role, you will oversee the housekeeping operations and supervise staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and provide guidance on best practices for cleaning and maintenance.
  • Coordinate contract services for laundry, dry cleaning, and valet services.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to optimize efficiency.
  • Respond promptly to guest complaints regarding cleanliness or other issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $53,000 - $65,000 CAD, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
