Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Chetwynd General Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Current registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Current Level C CPR certification
- NRP and ACLS certification an asset
- Minimum two (2) years experience on Medical, Maternity and Emergency Units
