About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Innovate R Technologies Inc. as a key member of our software development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software products.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to identify and report defects.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code and adherence to coding standards.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of testing procedures, test results, and defect reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements to our testing processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
  • Experience with testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools.
