Job Title: Software Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Innovate R Technologies Inc.

Job Summary

The Software Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, developing, and implementing testing strategies and procedures. This role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop testing strategies and procedures to ensure the quality of software products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software products meet quality standards
  • Identify and report defects to development teams and track progress to resolution
  • Develop and maintain test automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on testing best practices and methodologies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or related field
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with testing tools and methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Test-Driven Development
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++
  • Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and tools
