Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes, working closely with our chef to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements:
