Job Summary

This posting will be used to fill a six-month term position working 75 hours bi-weekly. The position will establish a 12-month eligibility list which may be used to fill anticipatory permanent, term, and AOC positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical care services for residents with physical, cognitive, social, and/or emotional impairments.
  • Function as a member of the interdisciplinary team in meeting the needs of residents.
  • Under the direction of a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, and/or speech-language pathologist, provide rehabilitation programs and/or activities to enhance, maintain, improve, or restore the ability to participate in meaningful activities of daily living.
  • May also provide training to staff working throughout the Continuing Care division.
