About the Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, reading blueprints to determine work requirements, and developing and preparing design sketches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD software
  • Read blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure accuracy
  • Develop and prepare design sketches for clients and production teams
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Complete documentation packages and drawing sets for clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as drafting or engineering technology. You should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software.
