At Scotiabank, we are seeking a Strategic Financial Consultant to join our Canadian Banking Branch network.
About the roleYour Key Responsibilities:
- You will take a proactive approach to discovering customer needs and provide exceptional service throughout their journey.
- Educate customers on financial products and provide expert advice to help them achieve their goals.
- Build long-standing relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and meeting their financial needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive branch sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
What You Need to Succeed:
- A proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- The appetite and drive to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- A mutual funds licence and working towards the CIFP Diploma.
