Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at St Louis Bar and Grill. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
- Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Balance cash and record sales accurately.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Describe and advise on wine selection to customers.
- Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
As a Server at St Louis Bar and Grill, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of customers. You will be required to stand for extended periods and move quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of the restaurant.
Requirements:- Client focus and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to describe menu items and wine selection to customers.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Initiative and ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
- Organized and reliable with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet the demands of the restaurant.
