Talent Acquisition Specialist

CN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent to support CN's objective of being North America's #1 railroad of choice.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across North America
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expertise on market trends and hiring recommendations
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to source and engage with potential candidates
Conduct initial conversations with candidates to evaluate qualifications and provide feedback and recommendations on next steps
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through CN's internal ATS system
Act as an ambassador within the Talent Acquisition team and ensure that recruiting and hiring practices are in compliance with corporate policies and governmental regulations
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in transportation or a trades-based environment (high volume)
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (HR) or equivalent an asset
Fluently bilingual both written and verbal in English and French
Experience with ATS and/or Recruitment Software
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of success in talent acquisition with strong recruitment skills
