Job Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.



Key Responsibilities



  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Dust furniture, fixtures and equipment to ensure a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Make beds, change sheets, and restock linens in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Stock linen closets and ensure that all cleaning supplies are readily available.
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
  • Disinfect operating rooms, elevators, and other high-touch areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to prevent unsightly messes and unpleasant odors.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to ensure a comfortable and clean space for our guests.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.


Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities



  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding work involving heavy lifting, bending, crouching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and frequent hand washing required.
  • Attention to detail essential to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour


Based on industry standards and location, this position offers a competitive hourly rate.
