About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at DDS Wireless, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our product strategy and supporting initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and make critical decisions about the product's direction, leveraging your strong leadership skills and business acumen. You will analyze market trends and customer data to assist the company in revamping its products and product strategy.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of the transportation industries and customer needs, user workflows, use cases, and underlying business problems through market research, customer interviews, and analysis of usage stats.
  2. Define and steer the product roadmap based on customer insights, market trends, and market opportunities.
  3. Manage the product through its beta field installation and acceptance.
  4. Ensure successful implementation of product strategy and delivery of high-quality SaaS products.
  5. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, from product conceptualization to productization and market launch.
  6. Own all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring end-to-end success.
  7. Develop deep knowledge of DDS's products, markets, and customers, as well as the overall competitive landscape, through surveys, market research, and competitive analysis.
  8. Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, accountability, and ownership.
  9. Cultivate strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  10. Handle and adjust to changing priorities.
  11. Track and report on OKRs and KPIs.
Skills & Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  2. BA and/or PM certification and/or education an asset.
  3. 5+ years of experience working as a Product Manager in an agile/scrum team.
  4. 3+ years of experience working with customers directly, such as conducting user research and user interviews.
  5. Experience working with cloud service-based SaaS products and mobile applications in a B2B environment.
  6. Ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner to stakeholders.
  7. Detail-oriented, self-driven, analytical, and inquisitive.
  8. Ability to work independently and drive the team.
  9. Highly organized, process-oriented with strong time-management skills.
  10. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
