Product Manager Opportunity at Topicflow

Topicflow is a Vancouver-based venture-backed B2B SaaS startup that's revolutionizing the way organizations achieve better business results and employee performance. We're looking for a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our early team and help shape the future of our product.

About the Role

We're at the early stages of our start-up, and we need a PM who can work under pressure, iterate fast, and deliver results. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be responsible for defining and driving product vision and strategy, aligning product goals with business objectives, and developing and managing the product roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Define and drive product vision and strategy
  • Align product goals with business objectives
  • Develop and manage the product roadmap
  • Prioritize features and initiatives based on market needs and business impact
  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams
  • Ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
  • Define product requirements and specifications
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics and set product OKRs
Qualifications
  • ~5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • ~ Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • ~ Experience working in pre-product market fit and post-product-market fit stages
  • ~ Experience with GTM strategies and product marketing
  • ~ Familiarity with HR, Performance management, or business productivity tools
  • ~ Solid understanding of AI and ML, and vertical application of generative AI
  • ~ Ability to understand complex technical requirements and data privacy models
  • ~ Basic coding skills (i.e. SQL, Python) and design skills are required
