Jagir Contracting Inc is seeking a skilled plumber to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
  • Lay out pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
  • Join pipes using various materials and equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Work Environment and Conditions:
  • The job is physically demanding and requires standing for long periods, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • The candidate must have excellent hand-eye coordination and be able to work under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a plumber.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately.
  • Team player with strong judgment skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer an estimated salary of $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include steel-toed safety boots and a supportive work environment.
