Job Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated lawyer to join our busy firm. The successful candidate will possess 2-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on Creditors' Rights law and enforcement of Judgements. Experience dealing with debt recovery on behalf of financial institutions is highly desirable, as is experience in mortgage enforcement matters. French speaking skills are considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the continued success of our well-established practice
  • Develop and implement strategies for debt recovery and enforcement of Judgements
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional results for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in Creditors' Rights law and best practices

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of litigation experience
  • Experience in Creditors' Rights law and enforcement of Judgements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
