**About the Role**

Kronis, Rotsztain, Margles, Cappel LLP is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Creditors' Rights Law practice, you will be responsible for providing exceptional legal services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct research and analysis to support the development of legal strategies and arguments in Creditors' Rights Law cases.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of court documents, including pleadings, motions, and appeals.
  • Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop and implement litigation strategies.
  • Provide excellent client service, including communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in the law and industry developments to ensure the firm's clients receive the best possible advice.

**Requirements**

  • 2-5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with a focus on Creditors' Rights Law.
  • Experience attending court and dealing with the recovery of outstanding debt on behalf of financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • French speaking skills are considered an asset.
