As a Warehouse Helper, you will play a vital role in our team's success. We are seeking a reliable and ambitious individual to join our warehouse operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage inventory of HVAC equipment and materials, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Assist in loading and unloading equipment, scanning, and entering serialized equipment into our system.
  • Stage HVAC equipment and materials for installations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Document and report on stock quantities to prevent work stoppages due to inadequate equipment inventory.
  • Make deliveries as required by installation crews, ensuring prompt and reliable service.
  • Load and unload equipment at job sites, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Collaborate with installation, sales, and workforce planning departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of installation information.
  • Perform duties as assigned, including refurbishing water heaters and removing components from scrapped heaters.

Requirements:

  • A growth mindset, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Computer skills, including scanning, email, and data collection.
  • A valid class G driver's license, with a clean driving record.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent, with a strong foundation in math and problem-solving.
