Warehouse Assistant

Reliance Home Comfort is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, loading and unloading equipment, and scanning and entering serialized equipment into our system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain inventory of HVAC equipment and materials
  • Load and unload equipment from trucks and job sites
  • Scan and enter serialized equipment into our system
  • Stage equipment and materials prior to installations
  • Document and report on stock quantities to ensure no stoppage of work due to inadequate equipment inventory
  • Make deliveries as required by installation crews
  • Assist installation crews with daily truck inspections and ensure regular maintenance is carried out
  • Work closely with installation, sales, and workforce planning departments to ensure smooth and accurate flow of installation information
