Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc. as a key member of our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that staff are aware of and adhere to quality control standards.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, prepare and submit reports, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Operations Management: Establish methods to meet work schedules, prepare budget and cost estimates, and supervise and check assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that customers receive excellent service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods and physically demanding work.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, team player, and dependability.
