We are seeking a highly skilled Web Experience Specialist to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our global web experience team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional digital experiences to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement brand strategies for our website, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand vision.
  • Create and maintain a strong annual brand plan, driving digital growth and engagement.
  • Represent our brands to the web team, communicating retail vision and brand objectives.
  • Collaborate with web coordinators to implement content, creating strong user stories and delivering top-quality websites.
  • Manage brand website content, leading product launches and digital initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance websites, driving growth and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the web team to proactively provide optimizations and maintain a healthy website.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital roles, with a strong understanding of website management and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Naturally curious, self-motivated, and ready for challenges.
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent communication skills.
