**Your Role**
You will work directly with our enterprise clients to design, build, test, and implement workflow automation solutions that put Workday at the center of their application ecosystem. You'll have the opportunity to learn and apply best practices in enterprise data integration, workflow automation, and application development, while collaborating with a dynamic team of client experts in HR, Finance, and IT.
**Requirements**
- Demonstrated experience as a developer of enterprise integration solutions using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Document transformations (XSLT), DIS, Extend, and EIBs.
- Workday Integration and Studio certifications are strongly preferred.
- Workday certified in HCM, Payroll and/or Financials are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated mastery of the Workday environment and ability to navigate it with ease and confidence, including reporting, calculated fields, etc.
- Proficient in one or more software development languages, such as Python, Ruby, C#, or Java.
- Direct experience with human capital and financial management systems.
- Comfortable interacting directly with clients - both in technical and non-technical roles.
- Proven technical competencies combined with a demonstrated understanding of business processes.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
**What We Offer**
