Operations Director

KS Enterprise Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership: Allocate resources, authorize departments, and coordinate work to achieve organizational objectives.
- Policy Formulation: Establish objectives, formulate policies, and approve programs to drive business success.
- Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, delegating representatives as needed.
- Staff Management: Select and delegate authority to middle managers, directors, and executive staff, creating optimal working conditions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, team player, initiative, and attention to detail.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and a large workload.
- Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
