About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, initiating, coordinating, implementing, and maintaining effective procedures for optimum quality assurance and control.

  • Oversee the implementation and compliance of all HACCP-related documentation
  • Manage and assure full execution of all corporate food safety and quality assurance programs
  • Develop and initiate standards and procedures for inspections, auditing, testing, evaluations, and compliance with food safety programs
Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to the QA department
  • Directly managing the HACCP Coordinator, Night Shift Supervisor, and QC Technicians on shift
  • Training and retraining employees for various tasks and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), including Critical Control Points (CCPs)
  • Developing and implementing procedures for disposition and consumer complaints
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in quality control lab analysis, food processing, HACCP, and BRC programs
  • Proven ability to administer safety and quality assurance programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
What We Offer
