Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Motion Fitness. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating events, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and seminars, including arranging travel and accommodations.
  • Maintain accurate records, including databases, spreadsheets, and other documents.
  • Supervise and train other workers, including providing guidance and feedback.
  • Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and will be expected to maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.
