Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

At Ontario Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule events, programs, and activities to ensure smooth operation of the salon.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Monitor quality and production levels, making adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal results.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of success and areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked salon.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all team members are equipped to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 37.5 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results. The ideal candidate will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
