We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Applications Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Business Applications. In this role, you will lead a team of 11 professionals, including ERP Support Analysts and Master Data Governance Specialists.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Operational Excellence**: Lead efforts in operational excellence for the ERP operation by aligning the team with the department's goals and objectives.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead the team by providing mentorship, continuous feedback, and guidance to employees on their performance and growth while prioritizing training and development opportunities for your team.
  • **SAP Guidance**: Provide SAP functional guidance and training to support staff.
  • **Effectiveness**: Ensure the effectiveness of individuals and teams based on our Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the organization.
  • **Queue Management**: Manage queues and requests for your teams while coordinating efforts and following up on progress with your Application Management Support (AMS) counterpart.
  • **Compliance**: Enforce compliance based on our IT governance framework to meet our internal and external audit requirements.
  • **Documentation**: Ensure our functional documentation and master data standards & business rules stay accurate and up-to-date.

**Requirements**

  • 7 or more years of IT experience, including a significant amount within the IT business applications space required.
  • 2 or more years of experience in an IT leadership, supervisory, and/or team lead type role highly preferred.
  • In-depth experience with and knowledge of ERP systems like SAP on configuration, development, and processes.
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, e.g., ITIL, COBIT, NIST.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, IT, or another pertinent field.
