At Western Coast Insurance Services, we're committed to delivering exceptional insurance solutions to our customers. As an Account Executive, you'll play a vital role in managing a book of business and ensuring our customers have the coverage they need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing customers by offering recommendations for products and services required
  • Promote retention of existing customers by building strong relationships and providing quality customer service
  • Navigate multiple insurance partner online portals to complete customer applications
  • Quote new business through outbound calls and walk-in clients
  • Communicate with insurance company Underwriters to ensure evolving guidelines are met
  • Prospect and up-sell to clients on all lines of business sold
  • Liaise between client and external insurance partners to ensure fair and proper representation for both parties
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry-related courses

The Value You Bring

  • L1 License required
  • Bi-lingual French - a strong asset
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and through email
  • Experience managing a book of business or relatable work experience
  • A desire to learn new systems and processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different work environments
  • Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed
