Gardez une activité de vente élevée pour OCR Canada dans une base de comptes spécifiquement définie en effectuant des communications sortantes par téléphone et par courriel avec des clients et des comptes potentiels afin de développer des opportunités et de conclure des ventes.

Ressources humaines requis

  • Démontrer une grande compréhension des produits, services et processus opérationnels d'OCR Canada
  • Établir et maintenir d'excellentes relations avec les clients existants et les contacts potentiels
  • Fournir des solutions efficaces aux problèmes des clients
  • Assurer le suivi régulier des progrès vers les objectifs de vente
  • Mettre en place un système efficace de communication interne

Cahier des charges

  • Mettre en œuvre un plan de vente ciblé qui atteint les objectifs de vente fixés
  • Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation optimale des produits et services d'OCR Canada
  • Évaluer et améliorer continuellement les performances de vente
  • Promouvoir la marque et les produits d'OCR Canada auprès des clients et des partenaires
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe commerciale pour satisfaire les besoins des clients

Compétences requises

  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine de la vente
  • Compétence technique solide dans l'utilisation des produits et services d'OCR Canada
  • Solides compétences en communication verbale et écrite
  • Traiter les conflits et résoudre les problèmes
  • Travailler de manière autonome et collaborativement

Connaissances

  • Parler couramment anglais ou français (bilangue est un atout)
  • Maîtriser les outils logiciels tels que Microsoft Office
  • Avoir une connaissance approfondie du secteur d'activité
  • Avoir une compréhension claire du marché et de ses tendances
