The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Community Manager for Strata to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a love for deadlines, and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide property management services to clients in compliance with management agreements and provincial legislation.
  • Support and maintain company policies and procedures regarding property operations.
  • Maintain a current, in-depth knowledge of each property within the assigned portfolio.
  • Demonstrate strong financial management skills to meet client expectations.
  • Create, manage, and supervise site staff teams and contractors to maximize property performance.

Qualifications

  • Possess a valid Strata Management license and a track record of excellence.
  • 2-3 years' experience in strata management.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Comfortable using web apps.
  • Working towards an REIC property management designation is considered an asset.
