Commercial Finance Coordinator

Sompo International is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Coordinator to join our Multinational team in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the pre-bind and post-bind processes for multinational business, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Ownership of pre-bind and post-bind processes for multinational business
- Assist in document management and recording of multinational transactions
- Liaise with local and foreign Underwriters and Producing Office teams
- Execute issuance of local policy and invoice documentation
- Communicate with local Canadian brokers on account-bearing matters
- Work with internal Finance and Collection teams to ensure premium flow
- Liaise with local Regulatory and Product teams to ensure form alignment and changes in risk requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Commercial insurance experience required
- 5+ years of UW Support experience, including 2+ years of multinational account handling
- Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe/Nitro, Share Point
