About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at PHOTO STUDIO CALGARY INC. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining sales records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, discuss merchandise or services, and provide recommendations to meet their needs.
  • Sales Transactions: Conduct sales transactions through electronic commerce, operate cash registers, and process payments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain sales records for inventory control, operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail sales experience.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking work site environment.
  • Work Setting: Retail business with a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficiency, flexibility, reliability, team player, client focus, ability to multitask, and punctuality.
