We are seeking a skilled Manufactured Housing Production Worker to join our team at Maple Leaf Homes Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in assembling door panels, trusses, and modular components to create prefabricated housing.
Key Responsibilities- Assembly and Quality Control: Assemble door panels, trusses, or modular components to ensure high-quality prefabricated housing.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: Operate power tools and small hand tools to perform tasks efficiently.
- Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required to commute to work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail, and be able to perform tasks that involve bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
- Weight Handling: Lift and move loads exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Tools and Equipment: Possess and maintain steel-toed safety boots and other necessary tools.
- Experience and Benefits: Experience is an asset, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including dental, health care, and vision care benefits, as well as free parking.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Schedule: 40 to 44 hours per week.
