International Operations Coordinator

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Admin Assistant.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for entering data for shipments, communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and performing various other tasks as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and answering telephone calls.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
- Coordinate information for internal use and distribution.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or International equivalent.
- Minimum of six months' office support experience.
- Effective oral and written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Accurate and rapid data entry.
