Creaform is seeking a Storekeeper to join our Operations Department. As a Storekeeper, you will be responsible for managing our warehouse, ensuring that production lines receive the necessary components, and maintaining inventory according to our established system.

This is a daytime job, Monday to Friday, in a great working environment that's both rewarding and humane

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing warehouse operations, including receiving and storing materials
  • Preparing materials for assembly lines
  • Placing raw materials and finished products on shelves
  • Ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO)
  • Carrying out transactions required by the inventory management system (NAV)
  • Monitoring remaining part quantities and communicating potential stock-out risks to the manager
  • Participating in the various stages of the inventory process (stock-taking, counting, etc.)
  • Managing expiration dates for calibrated finished products and reporting recalibration requirements to production supervisors
  • Checking conformity of incoming parts by visual inspection or with measuring instruments, and documenting rejects
  • Returning non-conforming parts
  • Supporting the purchasing department in supplier quality control
  • Documenting inspections by completing reports and database

You have the profile we're looking for if you:

  • Have relevant experience in a similar environment
  • Knowledge of a quality control system
  • Knowledge of an ERP system (NAV) (an asset)
  • Strong computer skills (Office Suite)
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English (an asset)
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate
  • Meticulous, orderly, and rigorous
  • Initiative, autonomy, and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work under pressure
