Nurse - Long-Term Care Unit

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a long-term care unit. You will actively participate in the model of care that integrates quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology, and patient-family-centered care. Your role will involve promoting organizational mission, vision, and values by providing safe, quality nursing care to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
- Experience in long-term care or a related field
